TALGARTH is perfectly situated to enjoy the many wonderful things Aberdovey and the local area have to offer. Its comfortable cottage style design and breath-taking views make it perfect for couples, babies and toddlers, small groups and families.
TALGARTH is perfect for couples, small groups and families. Talgarth sleeps 4 in two bedrooms a four poster double bedded room and a twin bedded room, enjoys an open plan living area lounge-dining-kitchen. It is all on one level. It has two terraces, one enjoys morning and early afternoon sun with great views across the estuary, the other is gated and nestles into the hillside above the reception courtyard and has lovely views of the estuary enjoying afternoon and evening sunshine.

TALGARTH is also frequently booked as part of a multi-property booking with other properties at Hillside Village, checkout our FAMILY GROUP HOLIDAYS page. Talgarth is often booked with A1 Eastward - B1 Southward - D1 Morawel which is adjacent.

TALGARTH as with several of our properties has a second bedroom with two single divan beds that abut as standard, can be separated - (also can be made into super king bed with super king topper, sheets and duvet - an extra charge when booking). This is a great option for two couples sharing and those that want a bigger bed!

TALGARTH is super dog friendly, 2 dogs may stay with their owners, if the dogs are of smaller breeds, then we could be considered additional dogs, give us a call to check. Hillside Village welcomes dogs to stay with us they get their own special welcome. Check out the DOGS page on our website. Talgarth has an enclosed and gated area.

LIVING ACCOMMODATION
TALGARTH's living area is open plan, the lounge is at its southern end and provides access to its south facing terrace the kitchen and dining areas are set further back and still enjoy views over the estuary. It has two leather sofas. There is a Smart TV with digital Freeview with a DVD player. Hillside Village has a library of DVDs as well as books for guests to borrow. The Dining table seats 4 comfortably. The is space for a highchair round the table too.

The kitchen is situated adjacent to the dining area. It has the following appliances separate under counter fridge and freezer and a dishwasher, Electric fan oven/hob and microwave. There is plenty of storage space and kitchen equipment with matching utensils for 6.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION
TALGARTH has two bedrooms sleeping 4 as follows:
Bedroom 1 - A Four Poster Double bed, with bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2 - Two single divan beds abutting as standard can be separated - (also can be made into super king bed with super king topper, sheets and duvet - an extra charge when booking), with, bedside tables, a dressing table with stool and a large wardrobe with drawers and shelving.
FAMILY BATHROOM
TALGARTH’s Family Bathroom has a shower over the bath.
ACCESS AND PARKING
TALGARTH’s parking is in the Guest Car Park, one parking space is allocated to TALGARTH, additional parking spaces subject to availability. The property is all on one level and accessed via a gently sloping paved path with a step up into the property. A bath seat and raised toilet seat can be provided on request.

Generally in respect of all our properties the lounges are comfortably furnished with sofas and armchairs, coffee tables and TV with free-to-air digital. Beds are made up prior to arrival, with pillows, duvets and all bed linen (no bath or hand towels are provided). Whether properties have more than one bath / shower room and its content is specified for each property on their page. All kitchens are equipped with electric or gas hobs & ovens, microwave ovens, toasters, automatic kettles, refrigerator, most have separate freezers and a comprehensive range of cooking utensils. All utility costs are inclusive. Coin operated washing machines and dryers are in the guest laundrette off the Terrace Lounge.

WI-FI AND SMART TVs
We know that being able to connect to the outside world is part of life today and particularly important for families to have a Wi-Fi network they can connect to for their children. We are pleased to say that with a combination of our Superfast Broadband transmitted through numerous access points and our Three and EE hubs connected to a 5G transmitter in line of sight across the estuary we have this covered. All our properties have Smart TVs. All mobile networks provide good 4G or 5G indoor and outdoor service to us.

We have several properties that are accessible for those with restricted mobility, and can provide shower or bath seats and raised toilet seats. For young families cots and high chairs are available. It is a wonderful place for just relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet and the ever-changing views.
